Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 70 g butter
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 150 ml milk
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, bach powder and salt in a bowl. Then add the butter and knead the dough by hand until it forms a crumbly mass. Then add milk and let the dough soften quickly without kneading it.
Step 2
Finally, roll out the dough into a 2 cm high dough and cut out about 16 scones.
Step 3
Now you can place the scones on your baking tray, brush with milk and put them in the preheated oven (200 degrees) for about 15 minutes. Tip: The scones taste best fresh!
