Ice coffee with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream

In summer, iced coffee is one of the most popular drinks. You can sweeten your coffee with vanilla ice cream and a little whipped cream.
ZUTATEN
- 200 ml Lungo Bellissimo
- 50 ml milk
- some sugar
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 50 g whipped cream
PREPARATION
STEP 1
First, prepare the coffee. We recommend the Lungo Bellissimo.
STEP 2
Place the cream in a bowl and use a hand mixer or whisk to whip it until stiff.
STEP 3
Take a tall glass and put the vanilla ice cream balls in it. Pour the cooled coffee and milk over it.
STEP 4
Finally, place the whipped cream on top of the iced coffee. You can either spread it carefully with a spoon or pipe it on with a piping bag to create a beautiful look.
STEP 5
and now enjoy!
