- 27 g butter
- 40 g flour
- 1 egg
For the filling:
- 85 g vanilla cream
- 285 ml whipped cream
- pulp of half a vanilla pod
- 15 g vanilla sugar
For the glaze:
- powdered sugar
- espresso
PREPARATION
Step 1:
Crush the blackberries and pour them into the glass.
Step 2:
Add ice cubes.
Step 3:
Crush the raspberries and fill them into the glass.
Step 4
Top up with Very berry tea.
Step 5
Enjoy cold.
