INGREDIENTS

For the dough:

  • 1/2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1/2 pinch of salt
  • 27 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • 1 egg

For the filling:

  • 85 g vanilla cream
  • 285 ml Whipped cream
  • Pure of half a vanilla pod
  • 15 g vanilla sugar

For the icing:

  • Icing sugar
  • Espresso

PREPARATION

STEP 1:

Crush the blackberries and pour them into the glass.

STEP 2:

Add ice cubes.

STEP 3:

Crush the raspberries and pour them into the glass.

STEP 4

Top up with very berry tea.

STEP 5

Enjoy cold.
