For the filling:
- 85 g vanilla cream
- 285 ml Whipped cream
- Pure of half a vanilla pod
- 15 g vanilla sugar
For the icing:
- Icing sugar
- Espresso
PREPARATION
STEP 1:
Crush the blackberries and pour them into the glass.
STEP 2:
Add ice cubes.
STEP 3:
Crush the raspberries and pour them into the glass.
STEP 4
Top up with very berry tea.
STEP 5
Enjoy cold.
