- 1/2 tbsp cane sugar
- 1/2 pinch of salt
- 27 g butter
- 40 g flour
- 1 egg
For the filling:
- 85 g vanilla cream
- 285 ml whipped cream
- Piece of half a vanilla pod
- 15 g vanilla sugar
For the glaze:
- Powdered sugar
- Espresso
Preparation
Step 1
Crush the blackberries and pour them into the glass.
Step 2
Add ice cubes.
Step 3
Crush the raspberries and pour them into the glass.
Step 4
Fill up with very berry tea.
Step 5
Enjoy cold.
