For the dough:

  • 1/2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1/2 pinch of salt
  • 27 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • 1 egg

For the filling:

  • 85 g vanilla cream
  • 285 ml whipped cream
  • Piece of half a vanilla pod
  • 15 g vanilla sugar

For the glaze:

  • Powdered sugar
  • Espresso


Step 1

Crush the blackberries and pour them into the glass.

Step 2

Add ice cubes.

Step 3

Crush the raspberries and pour them into the glass.

Step 4

Fill up with very berry tea.

Step 5

Enjoy cold.
