INGREDIENTS
- 300 g flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 70 g butter
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 150 ml milk
PREPARATION
Step 1:
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Then add the butter and knead the dough by hand until it forms a crumbly mass. Then add milk and let the dough soften quickly without kneading it.
Step 2:
Finally, roll out the dough to a height of 2 cm and cut out about 16 scones.
Step 3:
Now you can place the scones on your baking tray, brush them with milk and put them in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes (200 degrees). Tip: The scones taste best when fresh!
