Coffee Bliss Balls
The Coffee Bliss Balls provide you with that extra kick of energy that accompanies you at any time of the day.

Ingredients
- Prepare 2-3 tablespoons of Espresso Fortissimo
- 100 g dates, pitted
- 80 g almond, hazelnut, coconut flour or similar
- A pinch of salt
- 70 g walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Coconut flakes for decoration (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Soak the dates in hot water for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Then mix the flour, cocoa and salt in a bowl.
Step 3
Now drain the dates and add them to the dry mixture with the wet ingredients (espresso and vanilla extract). Mix these into a dough in a food processor or high-speed blender. (Optionally, chop the dates with a knife and knead them with the remaining ingredients to form a homogeneous dough.)
Step 4
Chop the walnuts a little smaller and knead them into the dough with your hands.
Step 5
Roll the dough into small, evenly sized balls and then roll them in the coconut flakes.
Step 6
Place the Bliss Balls on a flat plate and store in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
