FAQ - registration and registration

To log in, you must first register by entering a new user account You can then log in at any time using your email address and password register in our online shop.

Either you are new to MY COFFEE CUP and have not yet registered – or you have registered for our newsletter but are not yet in the shop.
To register, please enter a new user account to.

No problem – just click on Forgot password and enter the email address you used to register in our online shop.
We will then send you a link via email that you can use to reset your password and set a new one.

You may have entered a different email address when resetting than when you registered. To request a new password, the email address you entered must match the email address on your user account.
If you are sure that you have used the correct email address, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email there, make sure that you have space available in your mailbox. To free up space, you can delete old emails.
If none of this helps, you are probably not registered yet. In this case, please enter a new user account to log in.
