FAQ - LOGIN and REGISTRATION
Information about registration, the newsletter and how you can reset your password.
In order to log in, you must first register by creating a new user account. You can then log in to our online shop at any time using your email address and password .
Either you are new to MY COFFEE CUP and have not registered yet - or you have registered for our newsletter but not yet in the shop.
To be able to log in, please create a new user account on.
No problem - just click on Forgotten password in the registration area and enter the email address with which you registered in our online shop.
We will then send you a link via email, with which you can reset your password and assign a new password.
You may have entered a different email address when resetting than when you registered. In order to request a new password, the email address provided must match that of your user account.
If you are sure that you used the correct email address, please check your spam folder. If you can't find the email there either, make sure you still have space available in your mailbox. To free up memory, you can delete old emails.
If all of this doesn't help, you're probably not even registered yet. In this case, please create a new user account to be able to log in.
