At My Coffee Cup we are confident that our coffee is the best for our customers. Maybe we're biased? To check this out, we submitted our favorites Espresso Fortissimo and Lungo Caffè Crema to roestprofile's annual Specialty Coffee Awards.

The coffees are available as espresso and filter assessed, using techniques developed and maintained by the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI). The 10 judges taste the coffee blindly (with no information or company knowledge) and the final score reflects qualities such as aroma, roast, balance, aftertaste and acidity. Coffee retailers communicate quality with farmers and roasters using a 100-point scale. When a coffee reaches 80+ points, it is considered a specialty coffee and is the result of excellent growing practices and defect sorting during harvest.

In total, roestprofile received 40 different coffees, and after 6 days of intensive evaluation the jury revealed their results. It was wonderful to hear that My Coffee Cup received two awards for our coffee.

The awards speak for themselves: Lungo Caffè Crema was rated "Excellent", while Espresso Fortissimo was rated "Very Good". . This recognition is not only a confirmation for us, but above all for you as a connoisseur of our coffees.
