Your remaining credit remains stored in your customer account until your next purchase. As long as the balance is positive, this payment method will be automatically selected and no other payment method can be selected. Acquisition and return
In the online shop, select the amount of the voucher and click on the shopping cart and go to checkout. After successful payment, you will receive your voucher as a PDF via email after just a few minutes.

If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, you can return unopened goods to us free of charge within 14 days. Simply send a request via our contact form.
