Some people like it moderate, some people like it hot. And someone can't decide. Mint, lemongrass and rooibos. They characterize our “Stay Balanced”. The peppermint. It is now grown in all temperate regions of Europe and Asia. But their origin is the Mediterranean region. Lots of lime and lots of nitrogen salts. Sun to partial shade. Then it grows best. For us she travels from Bulgaria, the USA, Austria or Egypt. Its sister, spearmint, also comes from Egypt. And our lemongrass. Or from Paraguay. Although it tastes lemony, it belongs to the sweet grass family. It prefers a warm, humid climate. Lots of sun and sandy soil. Our Rooibos can’t decide – whether warm or cold. That looks like him. It is so demanding that it only grows in the Cedar Mountains of South Africa. Hot and dry in summer. Cold and damp in winter. A sandy soil. He only agrees with the climate there. Near Cape Town.
