MILK COFFEE RECIPE: STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

- 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup of milk (or foam if desired)
- Sugar

STEP 1: PREPARE COFFEE
Prepare your favorite type of coffee. Use a cup or glasses large enough to hold the amount of coffee and milk you want to make.

Recommends for the perfect latte It is important to choose a type of coffee with a good balance of acidity, bitterness and sweetness that mixes well with milk. We recommend a medium to dark roast of Arabica beans as it offers a mild flavor with enough acidity and sweetness to blend harmoniously with the milk without being overwhelmed by it.
STEP 2: HEAT MILK
Pour the milk into a small pan. Heat the milk on the stove over medium heat until hot. Don't cook!
STEP 3: FROTH THE MILK
Froth the warm milk. Slowly move the milk frother up to introduce air into the milk.
STEP 4: MILK MEETS COFFEE
Pour the hot milk slowly into the coffee to keep the foam on the top. Gently mix the milk with the coffee.
Your latte is ready! Decorate it as desired with a touch of cocoa, cinnamon or a drizzle of caramel syrup!
